Display flickers, hangs & many times no display (unless screen depressed). Service centre suspects battery loose, but helpless in solving problem. Could some pls advice ??

Hello,
I just discovered your S65 website. Very nice. I have used a S35 for the past 3 years. Now switching to the S65.
I use Linux. So M$ Windoze software is of no use. What is the support of Linux users? Perhaps BENQ in Asia will be oriented to Linux.
